LiftWell provides structured care for adolescents and adults, offering treatment that addresses the complexities of eating disorders and mental health within a supportive, real-world context.
At LiftWell, we are committed to making quality care accessible while ensuring transparency and ease throughout the financial process. LiftWell has separate, dedicated programs for adults and adolescents of all genders.
• Adolescents (ages 10–17)

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP):
• 5 days/week, 5 hours/day – ideal for individuals needing intensive support and structured treatment.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP):
• 3 days/week, 3 hours/day – providing flexibility while maintaining therapeutic momentum.

We offer a range of payment options to support our clients:
• Insurance Coverage: Our admissions team will work with you to determine your coverage and provide guidance on utilizing out-of-network benefits to the fullest extent possible.
• Private Pay Options: Flexible payment plans are available to accommodate individual financial needs, ensuring that treatment remains within reach.
• Support & Transparency: We believe financial concerns should never stand in the way of quality care. Our team is available to guide you through the process with compassion and clarity.
For a verification of benefits, please provide us with your insurance card (front and back), full name and date of birth of the primary cardholder and patient, and home address.

• LiftWell’s programs are best suited for individuals who require structured outpatient care without full hospitalization.
• We are not able to accommodate individuals requiring acute medical stabilization or detox services. Our admissions team is available to provide referrals to higher levels of care when needed.
