Rachel Weinreb, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in psychiatric care. With over a decade of diverse nursing experience in emergency medicine, neurological and stroke care, urgent care, IV infusion therapy, and outpatient medicine, as well as psychiatry. She brings an integrative, patient-centered approach to mental health treatment.

Rachel earned her ADN from St. Vincent’s College and her BSN and MSN from Sacred Heart University. Her extensive clinical background has shaped her belief that effective mental healthcare considers both emotional and physical well-being.

Her practice focuses on anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, OCD, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, PTSD and trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction. Recognizing that mental health is deeply influenced by personal history, family dynamics, and environmental stressors, Rachel provides compassionate, judgment-free care. She believes treatment must be thoughtfully individualized to each patient’s unique lived experience, health history, and personal goals.
