  • Meets Tuesdays at 5 PM in Westport, CT
  • Designed for patients and caregivers participating in PHP and IOP programs
  • Covers topics such as communication, boundary-setting, emotional regulation, and conflict management
  • Attendance is included in programming and required for participants

Join a supportive, inclusive virtual group designed to meet you wherever you are in your recovery journey.

  • Launches April 15th; meets Wednesdays from 2–3 PM
  • Open to the public; all ages, genders, and life stages are welcome
  • Covers topics such as communication, boundary-setting, emotional regulation, and conflict management
  • Guided by HAES (Health at Every Size) principles and mindful of barriers to eating disorder care
  • Peer support, practical coping tools, and connection with others on similar paths

  • Designed for parents, caregivers, and loved ones supporting someone with an eating disorder

  • Focuses on connection, shared experiences, and practical support in a guided setting

Adult DBT Skills Group

A structured, therapist-led virtual group focused on building practical skills to manage emotions, improve relationships, and navigate life’s challenges more effectively.

  • Runs April 13 – June 15, 2025 (10 total sessions)
  • Meets Mondays from 12:00–1:00 PM (fully virtual)
  • Open to adults ages 19+; no prior DBT experience required
  • Covers core DBT skills: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Pricing: $400 full series or $65 per drop-in session
