A Holistic Approach to Mental Health Treatment

At LiftWell, we believe in a holistic, collaborative treatment model that addresses all aspects of mental health. Our team of experienced clinicians works closely with clients and their families to develop individualized treatment plans that promote lasting recovery. Our programs include meal support, nutrition therapy, and comprehensive therapeutic services, ensuring a well-rounded approach to care.

Our certified clinicians heavily emphasize Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT), which is is an evidence-based approach to therapy that helps people cope with emotions and behavioral patterns stemming from excessive self-control, sometimes called “over control.” RO-DBT is helpful for guiding people with eating disorders through treatment, but it can also be a powerful approach for those who engage in other negative habits that are rooted in over control. In addition to RO-DBT, clinicians also utilize ACT, DBT, CBT, ERP, and creative/somatic approaches like yoga, art, and breath work.
