Danielle Conklin, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a doctoral degree from New York University. She brings extensive experience across the continuum of care, having worked with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
As Medical Director of LiftWell Health’s Adult Program, Danielle leads with a deeply relational, trauma-informed approach to care. She provides both medication management and psychotherapy, integrating clinical precision with a nuanced understanding of the human experience. Her work is grounded in the belief that symptom expression cannot be separated from the developmental and relational contexts in which it emerges.
Danielle has specialized training in evidence-based trauma treatments, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotion-Focused Therapy for Trauma (EFT-T). Her clinical interests center on the enduring impact of interpersonal trauma in childhood and its role in shaping mental health across the lifespan.
At the core of Danielle’s work is a commitment to the therapeutic relationship as the primary vehicle for change. She creates a space defined by trust, respect, and emotional safety—where curiosity is encouraged, insight deepens, and meaningful transformation becomes possible. She is deeply committed to helping individuals access their resilience and engage in a guided, experiential process toward greater integration, well-being, and self-actualization.
